Job Description

Responsibility of a host is to greet and seats guests in a friendly and timely manner. Hosts are the first and last person a guest sees as they arrive and depart. It is imperative to leave a great first and last impression. The responsibilities of the hostess include monitoring the dining room for empty and cleaned tables, estimating wait times for guests, monitoring the guest waiting list, and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting.
